Police Leadership Course

    • The Objective of Education

      - To cultivate strategic thinking that would take the lead in changes and innovations
      - To train sympathetic leaders who would promote communications within the organization and the people
      - To reinforce capabilities of cooperation that would form the foundation of collaborative administration between institutions

    • Main Contents of Education

      - Seeking collaboration between related institutions to improve the security environment
      - Developing organization management skills suitable to one’s rank and position
      - Strengthening capabilities of chiefs of police stations (comprehension of police organization in case of other departments)
      - Promoting acquirement of knowledge on each field through understanding current trends

      • Attendees

        Senior superintendents and those who will be promoted to senior superintendents, secretaries of other departments, colonels, public officials of grade 1 and above

      • Requirements for the Education

        Those born after January 1st, 1963(general departments)☞with the purpose of feedback (contribution to departments) on the effects of the education

      • Education Period: 24 weeks
      • Number of Attendees: 55 people per session
      • Requirements for the Completion

        - Those who have attended 90% or more classes of the entire session   ※ However, those who have missed classes due to public service that was granted, special leave, and other unavoidable reasons recognized by the president should have attended more than two-thirds of the entire class - Those who have received an overall score of 60 points or higher, and have a score of 40 points or above in each subject - Those who have fulfilled the standards of「KNPU student code of basic education courses」   ※ Honor Roll: chosen among those who have attended 90% or more classes of the entire session
